For the nautical sector we construct: hulls, decks, upperworks, domes, hatches, and interior components and furnishings. For the industrial sector: cabins, cowling, instrument panels, driver seat and outdoor furnishings. Types of large model generation:

 

• Creation of the model by means of a metal structure that rigidly supports a low density body assembled in polystyrene or polyurethane that represents the shape of the manufactured product.Then a layer of fabric soaked in epoxy resin is used as reinforcement in the sunk mould and, according to the needs of the customers, extruded epoxy or polyurethane paste or, as an alternative, a sprinking of vinylester stucco. After the finishing process we surface and sand, depending on the customer’s requirements.

 

• Creation of a model by means of a metal structure that rigidly supports an MDF body generated by construction with nesting of smaller glued and assembled shapes. Then the finishing process is completed with surfacing and sanding according to the customer’s requirements.
