The positioning of the hydraulic components and their supports, and rigid and flexible hydraulic pipes, were developed according to the guidelines of the hydraulic diagram in connection with the Driveline and the engine chosen by the customer. Furthermore, manifolds and hydraulic manifolds were developed, accompanied by appropriate flow and finite element calculations.
All work was carried out in accordance with the customer's mass assembly operations and in accordance with the CAD specifications provided. Subsequent construction drawings of each component and assembly groups were prepared according to the customer's drawing specifications and in the CAD format used by the customer. Finally the floor platforms and rubber covers have been designed to ensure that the cabin is adequately soundproofed and prepared for pressurisation.
