The positioning of the hydraulic components and their supports and flexible hydraulic pipes were developed according to the hydraulic diagram guidelines connected with the Driveline and engine selected by the customer.
In addition to the development of the manifolds and hydraulic manifolds, these were accompanied by the suitable fluxing calculations and finite elements.

 

All was carried out in accordance with the series assembly operations of the customer and in compliance with the CAD specifications. 

The construction drawing of each components and the assembly groups were then prepared according to the customer drawing specifications in the CAD format utilised by the customer.
CENTROSTILEDESIGN have followed the evolution of the project since 1997, developing new versions and variants, and the adaptations necessary for installation of new emission-compliant engines.
